Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution. Coordinate and monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities. Coordinate client engagement within overall program and facilitate decision‑making processes. Monitor budget, schedule, and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution. Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects. Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff. Qualifications Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree from an accredited institution. 4–8 years of building, design, and construction experience in project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field. Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant preferred. Construction cost estimating experience desirable. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; familiarity with BIM. Must reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate for this opportunity. Frequent travel throughout the region with approximately 20% overnight travel. Compensation The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $130,000–$160,000.
