location_onBirmingham, West MidlandsacutePermanentWe are currently working with a leading, nationally recognised law firm that is seeking to recruit a talented Construction Associate to join its high-performing Birmingham team.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier practice with an exceptional reputation in the construction space, acting on behalf of major developers, contractors, funders, and blue-chip clients.The RoleYou will advise on a wide range of high-quality construction matters, including:Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT/NEC)Advising on development projects across a variety of sectorsContentious and non-contentious construction work (depending on preference)Supporting on complex, high-value disputes and adjudicationsWorking closely with real estate and corporate teams on large-scale projectsAbout YouQualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ PQE, though all levels will be considered)Strong experience in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or mixed)Commercially minded with excellent technical skillsA proactive and collaborative approachAmbition to develop within a leading practiceThe OpportunityJoin a market-leading construction team with a strong national profileExposure to high-value, complex, and varied workClear and structured progression opportunities, with genuine routes for career developmentSupportive and forward-thinking cultureCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Solicitor looking to elevate their career within a firm that offers not only top-quality work but also clear, long-term progression.
