Consider becoming a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner! We are selecting a small group of individuals for a 6-Month Accelerated Training Program.
How The Accelerated Training Program Works
- You enter the accelerated training program after licensing completion
- You work inside a high-performing insurance agency
- You’re provided with leads and training
- You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
- You are coached daily and held to a high standard
- You build the skills required to run a profitable agency
- All of this training and support, while you’re on the 6-Month Accelerated Training Program.
- At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

- Willing to Obtain Licenses: Committed to securing Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we provide the resources and support to make it happen).
