Printing and Graphics Associate

Fineline Printing is looking for a Graphic Production Associate to create Printed matter, Custom Designs, Signage, and Promotional Products. Will train to use printers and wide format.

This position is responsible for and not limited to graphic design, print production and customer interaction. Applicants must have a positive can-do attitude, good speaking skills and pleasant demeanor, and be able to interact with customers on a daily basis in person, on the phone, and via email.

The ideal candidate will have Print/Sign Graphics and Printing skills. Must be well-organized and professional. . Must be punctual, honest, and have a good work ethic. Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation. Position offered is for 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, Part time may be available for experienced candidates..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work internally with graphic designers to produce final printed products.
• May need to correct files in InDesign and/or Photoshop and Illustrator. Creative suite experience a must.
• Follow set office procedures to coordinate workflow
• Operate computers, digital copiers, bindery equipment, and any other office machinery in a safe, efficient and productive manner as necessary alongside other team members.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
• General Computer Knowledge, Typing, Email,

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent edu preferred
• 2 Years Sales and/or Customer Services experience preferred
