Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Valid and current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification required
• Previous registered nursing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent clinical decisions
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
