Recruiting Coordinator

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a fast-growing company in San Francisco, CA . This is a direct hire, full-time, 100% onsite opportunity.

The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of a fast-moving hiring function, owning recruiting logistics and candidate experience across multiple departments, including engineering, software, supply chain, and operations. This role is ideal for an exceptionally organized, proactive professional who can manage complex scheduling, changing priorities, and a high volume of moving pieces while keeping candidates and internal stakeholders informed throughout the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own interview scheduling end to end, coordinating complex calendars across candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Manage reschedules and last-minute changes while proactively identifying delays or blockers and keeping hiring processes moving.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication regarding interview logistics, timelines, travel, and next steps.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics, including rooms, agendas, interviewer materials, facility tours, and candidate travel as needed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate pipeline information, open positions, external job postings, and overall pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support interview debriefs, weekly hiring reporting, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive administrative support, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex interview scheduling, multiple calendars, candidates, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Previous experience within a startup, high-growth organization, or similarly fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, responsiveness, and ability to manage rapidly changing priorities.
• Proactive, accountable, and independent approach with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:


This position offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000-$95,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), additional traditional employee benefits, and three complimentary meals per day.
