Recruiting Coordinator

Manpower Engineering is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting our large client program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and diversity.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Position with occasional onsite support in San Francisco and Foster City)

Pay Range: $40/hr.

What's the Job?

• Support current employees onsite with our client at multiple sites in the Bay Area
• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Partner closely with recruiters and client coordinators o facilitate seamless interview logistics.
• Manage interview logistics for phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience from scheduling through completion.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and onsite interview coordination, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling bottlenecks.

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or scheduling roles.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
