Experience with these types of properties is highly preferred. This position will act as the on-site manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervising, leasing, & maintenance personnel. The position will be a key person involved in the development & execution of the planned growth & expansion of the properties.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities.Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards.Oversee the successful performance of the propertiesOversee all marketing & leasing activitiesMain point of contact for all tenantsSupervise all property staffQualifications:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of property or community association management experience.Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills.Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium).What We’re Looking For:A professional, customer-focused manager who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities while fostering positive community relationships.Why is This a Great Opportunity :Well respected and growing organization in WNY!
