Fleet Mechanic - Full Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Fleet MechanicWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Fleet Mechanic to support our Master Mechanic in maintaining a large, high-use vehicle fleet. This is a fleet-only position (no retail customers) focused on keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.Working under the direction of the Master Mechanic, you will:Perform routine maintenance and basic diagnostics on fleet vehiclesAssist with brake, suspension, and general repair workComplete common mechanical services: oil changes and fluid services, tires and wheels, steering and suspension, basic electrical and lighting repairsHelp ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for serviceIdentify and report mechanical issues or potential concernsAccurately document work completed, parts used, and labor timeMaintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environmentWhat we're looking for:Experience2+ years of mechanic experience (fleet, dealership, or general repair)Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance practicesAbility to work independently and stay productiveTools & CertificationsMust have your own basic set of tools required for daily workCertifications (brakes, suspension, etc.) are a plus but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow within the roleWork StyleDependable and self-motivatedStrong attention to detail and safetyComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeWhat we offer:Monday–Friday schedule – no late nights or weekendsPaid time off (PTO)Health insuranceEmployee bonus/incentive programOpportunity to work alongside an experienced Master Mechanic and continue developing your skillsIf you have a solid foundation in mechanical work and are looking for a stable position working on a large fleet, we'd like to hear from you.
