Production Worker

Position Title: Production Worker Wage: $17.25/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay moving instead of standing in one spot all day? We're hiring Tire & Wheel Assembly Associates for a fast-paced distribution facility in Edwardsville, KS. In this role, you'll assemble and mount tires onto wheels, inspect finished products for quality, operate assembly equipment, and assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. No previous tire assembly experience is required-if you're dependable, comfortable with physical work, and ready to learn, this could be a great potential to hire opportunity for you! Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures Production Worker Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks
