Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate inspection, packaging, and labeling of products to meet quality standards.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment efficiently.

• Prepare raw materials and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in production, manufacturing, or related roles.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform detailed, quality-focused work.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.

Pay & Schedule:

• Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Shifts available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM or Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM

• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
