Product Manager IIAs a Product Manager II at VinSolutions, you will provide product leadership in a strategically significant domain within our CRM platform. This role will contribute to a variety of initiatives that align with our evolving business priorities and customer needs.You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery to drive product strategy, execution, and alignment across the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience.To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating high-level strategy into actionable plans. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions, and work iteratively to deliver tangible value. Here's what else you bring to the table:A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related fieldA broad understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and proceduresFamiliarity with SAFe Agile methodologyHands-on experience with the design, development and implementation of product plans, creating epics and features, identifying KPIs and conducting competitive research and analysisExperience working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including engineering, finance and business developmentA basic understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver productsStrong verbal and written communication skills for different types of audiencesThis person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and pushing through uncertainty with resilienceTo be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
