We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient / Outpatient for a 13-week contract in King City, California. The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the workload expected to be approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient.

This position requires flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday coverage, and is suited for a PT with demonstrated experience treating patients in both acute/inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation environments.

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, rehabilitation needs, and individualized therapy goals.

• Develop and implement patient-specific physical therapy plans of care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate safe and effective rehabilitation services.

• Minimum 2 Years of Physical Therapist Experience Required.

• Prior Physical Therapy Experience in Both Inpatient and Outpatient Settings Required.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License Required; Applicable California Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Current BLS/BCLS Certification Required.

• Ability to Work a Variable Schedule Including Weekends and Required Holiday Coverage Required.
