Senior Compensation Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the ongoing administration and design of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will conduct job and market analysis, develop compensation recommendations, and ensure competitive pay structures in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage the design, analysis, and implementation of various compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structures Conduct research and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and equity Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in developing internal policies related to compensation programs Required qualifications 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred) Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
