Senior Caregiver - Choose Your Shift, Mileage Paid

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team in Greensburg, Latrobe, Bradenville , Export, Murrysville, Monroeville, Irwin, Jeannette, McKeesport, and New Stanton for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts from Mondays to Sundays . The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to seniors, assisting with daily activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a patient and empathetic individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
