Responsibilities * Process high-volume vendor invoices in Oracle ERP. * Match invoices to purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy. * Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships. * Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies. * Perform accurate, high-volume data entry. * Scan, organize, and electronically file accounting documents. * Support the accounting team with additional AP projects as needed. Qualifications * 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required. * Experience with an ERP system (Oracle experience is a plus). * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with the accounting team. * No degree required.
