Treasury Management Senior Client Services Specialist

PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Treasury Management Senior Client Services Specialist in Dallas, Texas. The Treasury Management Senior Client Services Specialist is responsible for the execution of highly personalized client service engagements and maintaining a thorough understanding of all treasury management products and services. Will assist with resolving escalated client issues and other complex solutions as well as being involved on other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional client support for all Treasury Management Products and Services.
• Displays a high level of professionalism and is presentable for in person client meetings and trainings.
• Coordinates communication with Treasury Management Sales, back office and front office staff to ensure timely processing of all requests, completes follow up, and follow through style communication.
• Assists and leads training and mentoring of new client services personnel as needed.
• Acts as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and new account onboarding.
• Performs testing on Treasury Management product files (ACH, Positive Pay, FTP formats, etc.) as needed.
• Performs installation, system testing, and ongoing support for Deposit Direct clients.
• Acts as a liaison for internal and external clients for various treasury product vendors to drive client resolution of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Deposit Direct, etc.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in treasury management client services required. Additional experience in customer-focused banking roles a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets via Microsoft Office products, Adobe Pro and other custom applications and systems.
• Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accountability.
