Front Desk Receptionist

The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered. Work Schedule FULL TIME position requiring 40 hours/week. The role is onsite with hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work‑life balance while ensuring business needs are met. Responsibilities Greet and check‑in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Collect patient information and enter it into the system. Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments. Process patient check‑outs and collect required fees. Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff. Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently. Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy. Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, be well‑spoken and articulate, be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision‑making abilities, exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor, be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications. Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting. Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
