Business Solutions Consultant (Fully Remote)

Own functional business analysis for Softdocs's Etrieve software implementations. Work across multiple projects and teams to anticipate and manage changes. Report to the Manager of Professional Services. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to identify document handling and workflow processes. Deliver documentation and action plans for a successful onboarding experience. Drive training to ensure clients achieve excellence and desired outcomes. Ideal Candidate: Proactive continuous learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative, client-oriented, and able to relay technical information clearly.
