As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' well-being, safety, and quality of life within a vibrant senior living community. From responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services to conducting assessments for prospective residents and recommending the most appropriate level of care, you'll be a trusted advocate and resource. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to assess concerns, resolve care and safety issues, and help create a supportive environment where residents can thrive.
