Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

Financial Analyst – Overview Emerson is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting in our Sherman, Texas facility. Responsibilities Support planning cycles such as POR, budget development, profit reviews, and related submissions and presentations. Perform month‑end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of recurring and ad‑hoc financial reports. Analyze financial data, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decisions. Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives by leveraging new tools for accurate, consistent, and timely reporting. Partner with leaders to develop materials for key meetings and presentations. Lead annual budget preparation and annual costing updates. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting functions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with teams and leaders across the organization. Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree. Experience with Oracle and Hyperion (HFM). Location Sherman, Texas.
