Mobile Equipment Mechanic

Plant MechanicWe are looking for a Plant Mechanic for our Miami/Fort Lauderdale Maintenance Shop. The Plant Mechanic is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance and repair of various types of heavy equipment in the Company's shop or at the Plant. Their duty is to assist with the Plants daily operational efficiency and to be proactive with preventative maintenance. This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally sound maintenance activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide mechanical maintenance, including repairs and lubrication.Report equipment breakdowns to generate work orders.Prepare work ordersKeeps the equipment being operated, clean and safe.QualificationsQualifications:HS Diploma or EquivalentHave a current Commercial Driver's License, preferred.At least 2 to 5 years' experience as a mechanic working on manufacturing or heavy equipment.Able to speak clearly and listen attentivelyAble to work 12 hr. plus shifts as needed.Able to work nights and weekends as needed.Working Environment:Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to heights of at least 50 feet frequently.Able to speak clearly and listen attentivelyMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Working Conditions:Ability to work outdoors with exposure to high and low temperatures and other outdoor environmental conditions.Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.What Titan America Offers You:Health and Wellness programMedical, Dental and Vision insurance401 K Saving plansPaid VacationsTitan America is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
