They will be responsible for supporting all the department's technical requests as needed and maintaining equipment. This role contributes to the success and productivity of the company by installing, configuring, and maintaining software infrastructure systems, as well as maintaining and provisioning IT support to all our team members. This position supports our vision by ensuring that all team members have the IT tools and connectivity to meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners.Additional Information:This is a permanent full-time positionThis role participates in our hybrid scheduleHybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays; 2 days working remotely. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3 days working in the headquarters officeHeadquarters Office location: 7630 Biscayne Blvd. Miami, FL 33138Essential Responsibilities:Provides technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via helpdesk troubleshoot ticket system with low and medium priorityTroubleshoot system failures (tier 1), application errors, and network issues, escalating complex problems when necessary (to tier 2 and up)Collaborates with vendors and service providers for specific requests on equipment, software licenses, and IT servicesResponsible for the onboarding of team members following the designated SOP and updating current team members computers by configuring the pc's, laptops, cellphone, iPads, and other applicationsAssists and supports the installation of computer hardware, computer software, MFP peripherals, desktop telephony and mobile devices for our Headquarters, Distribution Center, remote and outside sales teamResolves technical problems by identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and finding solutionsSynchronizes representative contacts in OutlookHelps to maintain and replace the network Infrastructure, cabling, ports, UPC Devices, etc.Proactive and Other Duties:Maintains and updates company software, ensuring licenses are up to date and team members have access to necessary toolsCreates and maintains documentation for all supported systemsMaintains all pc's, laptops, cellphone, iPads, and laptops on regular basisSchedules repairs for equipment such as phone system or copierAssists with asset management of IT equipment, including maintaining inventory levels, labeling, and tracking equipment, and submitting orders to replenish stockOversees all in-house audio and visual setup needs for all events, ensuring flawless execution and optimal performanceInstalls and administrates resolves all issues with the VoIP phone system for team membersAssists in other duties as needed and directedPromotes our FOH® Culture in all interactionsEducation, Experience, and Computer Skills:Minimum of 2+ years in IT support and/ or related experience, training equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentCollege coursework in Computer Science or Information Technology field preferredProficient in all Microsoft & Windows 10 & 11 applicationsKnowledge in Mac OSProficient in Microsoft applications and active directoryProficient with IOS mobile devicesTroubleshooting computer hardware and softwareStrong understanding in the area of technical support and ticketing system management.Concept knowledge of VPN setup and operationsConcept knowledge of Wireless (Wi-Fi) protocols and securitySkills Needed for Success:Clearly conveys technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesFollows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlinesStress and time management skillsAnalytical, creative, practical problem-solving skillsCustomer service and interpersonal skillsWork collaboratively and as part of a diverse teamCommunicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writingProject management skills and strong attention to detailTech- savvinessDesired Characteristics and Qualifications:Flexible to work outside normal work hoursAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationOrganized, action and detail orientedDemonstrates sound work ethicsPossesses cultural awareness and sensitivityAbility to re-arrange tasks as priorities changeHighly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composure in challenging situationsThrives in a goal-driven environmentBenefits & Pay: At FOH®, we value our team members as our most important asset, which is why we offer a benefits package designed with their well-being in mind.
