We are a make-to-order manufacturing company based in Northern New Jersey, serving global luxury goods clients with extremely high-quality expectations for their products. We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee our plant operations and ensure all manufacturing targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all plant production and maintenance operations for 100 employees
- Maintain high standards of product quality
- Ensure on-time delivery of all orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop plant staff
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in plant management
