Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid position that offers a great benefits package! No weekends, 8 Major Holidays off, no overnights and only 2 days in the office! A ll shifts end by 5pm. Education and/or Experience: 1+ year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced call center environment Ideal candidate would have: World-class customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism and compassion with every patient interaction Previous experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls or working at the front desk in a medical environment is preferred. Experience handling 100+ calls a day in a fast-paced healthcare environment Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to accurately interpret and communicate healthcare information Prior experience using Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably e-ClinicalWorks Experience working a structured schedule with assigned lunch and break periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance Spine and Pain Centers
