Provide professional customer service and support to clients
Conduct virtual client appointments and consultations
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Educate clients on available programs and coverage options
Follow established customer service and sales processes
Complete client enrollment and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching
Work toward individual and team performance goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, professional, and organized
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Willing to complete required state licensing
Own a laptop/desktop, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
