Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Customer Service module.
• Demonstrated experience customizing, configuring, developing, deploying, and using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• At least 5 years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
• At least 8 years of experience creating and managing solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• At least 8 years of experience customizing and implementing forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and business process flows (BPFs) in D365.
• At least 5 years of custom development experience with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
• At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• At least 3 years of experience using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Desired: 2 years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Desired: 5 years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages.

• Help gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis, then design, configure, implement, test, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform technologies, and C#.
