Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily activities include conducting outreach to prospective clients, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and gathering market insights to refine outreach strategies. Collaboration with project managers and leadership is expected to align sales efforts with service offerings and ensure a consistent brand message. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and support negotiation and closing activities. Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients on services, support internal team knowledge, and assist in onboarding new staff where needed. Relevant experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM software and basic marketing tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
