Registered Dental Hygienist Cottage Dental – Fullerton, CA Full-Time Pay: $55 - $65 About the Role Cottage Dental is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Fullerton team. We are looking for a provider who values patient education, strong clinical care, and teamwork while helping create a positive patient experience. This role is ideal for a hygienist who is comfortable in a productive general dentistry environment and enjoys building long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP procedures Conduct periodontal charting and patient assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Assist in identifying treatment needs and supporting patient understanding Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to support efficient patient flow Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license Local anesthesia certification as required by California regulations Strong communication and patient education skills Comfortable working in a team-oriented clinical environment Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred Laser certification preferred but not required Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Holidays PTO Continuing education support Malpractice coverage Benefits eligibility and waiting periods apply based on plan requirements and hours worked. #J-18808-Ljbffr
