Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) is seeking a Licensed and Registered Dietitian (RD) Clinician in a full-time, hybrid Chicago role. The candidate will conduct resident nutrition assessments, lead NAR meetings, and ensure CMS regulatory compliance using PointClickCare EMR. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in LTC clinical nutrition, strong documentation skills, and a collaborative, resident-centered approach.
