Lab Operations Engineer

To support the Lab Support Department, the Lab Operations Engineer will maintain and operate various device labs, troubleshoot device-related issues, and utilize basic scripting skills, with the flexibility of remote work in a contract position. Key responsibilities Maintain and operate a variety of device labs, including Google and other vendor products Troubleshoot device-related issues and efficiently resolve tickets for external users and customers Perform diagnostics and conduct racking and stacking activities to support lab setup and maintenance Required qualifications Basic knowledge of Bash or Python scripting Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to perform physical activities such as racking and stacking devices
