Commercial Lines Account Manager Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging from $100 to $100,000 in size. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation. Uphold the company’s values of teamwork, ownership, and client‑first service. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; 5+ years preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A coaching mindset with a focus on team development and growth. Strong ownership and follow-through on tasks and commitments. Composure under pressure, especially during tight deadlines or challenging client interactions.
