Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current policyholders to understand their insurance needs effectively.
Sales Excellence: Proactively promote and sell insurance products, utilizing knowledge of company offerings to meet or exceed sales targets.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans according to clients' specific requirements, ensuring maximum coverage and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and referrals to grow client base and expand sales opportunities.
Community Involvement: Actively participate in community events to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to align services with client needs and enhance satisfaction.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
Adaptability: Resilience in a fast-paced, in-office setting with the capability to balance multiple tasks.
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance products and industry guidelines is advantageous.
