$50~$62 per hour

Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist
Open Dental

Licensing: Valid Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certifications: Must be certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide administration.
Software: Experience with Open Dental is highly preferred.
Attributes: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing a "wellness-first" patient experience.

Job Description

Comprehensive Care: Perform professional dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings.
Clinical Excellence: Utilize your certifications to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed for patient comfort.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on the link between oral health and overall systemic wellness, providing personalized home-care strategies.
Diagnostics: Take and interpret high-quality digital X-rays to assist the dentist in accurate treatment planning.
Records Management: Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment notes, preferably using Open Dental software.
Collaboration: Work as part of a high-functioning clinical team to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient flow.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays (10-hour shifts).
