Member Specialist

Position Summary Key responsibilities include: Maintain area of responsibility in compliance with company policies: handle returns, zone area, arrange merchandise, identify shrink/damages. Provide member service at exit areas: review receipts, acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Provide member service at self‑checkout area: resolve member issues, promote products/services, guide use of self‑checkout technology, process purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, exchanges. Secure and safeguard Sam’s Club assets: observe and report potential criminal activity, maintain logs and documentation, execute emergency response procedures, ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Assist in training Member Frontline Service associates on processes, technology functionality, new program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, using Open Door Policy in business processes. Complete work assignments prioritizing policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers and peers; identify priorities/deadlines, carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change. Location 700 N 54th St, Chandler, AZ 85226‑1502 Compensation Hourly wage: $18.00 to $26.00; actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage. Premiums may be added at $0.35‑$3.00 per hour in certain circumstances. Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Working with mobile retail applications.
