Overview
Registered Dietitian (Clinical) travel assignment in Delano, California. Start date: 09/28/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,522 to $2,759 per week. Shift: Days, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Work setting: hospital; travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs
- Conduct patient assessment and reassessment, develop nutrition plans of care, educate patients and families, and document all interventions per policy and professional standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and others) to implement and monitor nutrition care
- Develop and document interdisciplinary nutrition plans of care, and adjust as needed based on patient progress
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of interventions and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Demonstrate clinical judgment and decision-making skills to deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy

Requirements
- Active Registered Dietitian license to practice in California (Clinical)
- Registered Dietitian (CDR) certification/credential current and in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an ACEND-accredited program
- Clinical nutrition experience, preferably in hospital or acute care settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site hospital environment
