Enterprise Analytics Architect

BICP, a market leader in Decision Intelligence, enterprise modernization, and data-driven transformation, is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Architect, to support a premium lifestyle apparel client in San Diego, California. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics Architect to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our enterprise analytics ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization through scalable data architecture, semantic modeling, self-service analytics, and Customer/Consumer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, analytics architecture, and business intelligence with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes across marketing, sales, supply chain, planning, and product functions. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Analytics Strategy & Architecture Define and maintain the enterprise analytics architecture roadmap supporting reporting, advanced analytics, AI, and decision intelligence initiatives Design scalable analytics solutions leveraging Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and modern data platform technologies. Establish standards and best practices for analytics architecture, data modeling, semantic layers, governance, and self-service reporting. Partner with business and technology leaders to align analytics capabilities with strategic business objectives. Lead the architecture and integration of Customer/Consumer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities across the enterprise. Design and support Customer 360 solutions, identity resolution frameworks, audience segmentation, and consumer analytics strategies. Enable data activation and analytics use cases across marketing, customer engagement, sales, and loyalty initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to maximize the value of customer and consumer data assets. Enterprise Data Platform & Semantic Layer Design Design and oversee enterprise semantic models that provide consistent business definitions, metrics, and analytics across the organization. Ensure seamless integration between data lakes, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and downstream applications. Support subject areas including: Marketing, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Consumer Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development, Raw Material Planning among others. Analytics & Reporting Enablement Architect and support self-service analytics solutions utilizing platforms such as Strategy (MicroStrategy), Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies. Enable scalable reporting frameworks that improve data accessibility, governance, and business adoption. Partner with analytics teams to improve reporting performance, usability, and business value. AI & Advanced Analytics Design semantic layers and data structures that support AI, machine learning, LLMs, and intelligent agent use cases. Ensure enterprise data assets are organized and accessible for advanced analytics and AI initiatives. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to enable future-state AI capabilities. Product & Delivery Leadership. Establish and support product intake processes, prioritization frameworks, sprint methodologies, and analytics operating models. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive successful delivery of analytics initiatives. Provide architectural leadership and mentorship across analytics, engineering, and reporting teams. Required Qualifications Experience 8+ years of experience in Analytics Architecture, Data Architecture, Enterprise Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale analytics platfoms. Strong experience with: Snowflake, Azure Cloud Services, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Enterprise Data Warehousing, Semantic Layer Design, Self-Service Analytics Platforms. Mandatory Skills Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience is required Strong Understanding Of Identity resolution Customer and consumer analytics Technical Skills Advanced data modeling and semantic layer design. Strong SQL and analytics architecture expertise. Experience supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence platforms. Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy), Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Experience supporting AI, machine learning, LLM, and intelligent agent initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Customer Insights, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Treasure Data, Segment, Tealium, mParticle, or similar CDP technologies. Retail, consumer products, apparel, manufacturing, or supply chain industry experience. Experience building analytics ecosystems that span enterprise operations and consumer-facing functions.
