Technical Support Customer Service Representative

Siemens is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie at our Breaker Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with circuit breakers and related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will make an impact by:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
• Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and product installation processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Documenting customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our system accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborating with other departments, including engineering and quality assurance teams, to escalate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Staying updated on product specifications, features, and updates to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
• Assisting with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with non-technical customer service cases: account disputes, delivery issues, and expedite orders.
