Seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage end-to-end scheduling operations, candidate logistics, and ATS administration for technical and business hiring loops across multiple geographies, ensuring a seamless interview experience. Key responsibilities Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops, managing calendar conflicts and logistics across global time zones Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from screening to offer acceptance, serving as the primary support contact for logistics inquiries Maintain ATS data integrity, initiate compliance verifications, and audit interview feedback to ensure operational excellence Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity SaaS environment Hands-on expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and automated scheduling tools Proven ability to manage complex calendars across multiple global time zones Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to candidate privacy and data confidentiality Proficiency with AI-assisted writing and productivity tools to support process optimization
