Be part of the team that makes it all happen – simplifying, automating, and bringing better connectivity than ever before, with giga-fast speed, to our customers.What you’ll doWithin the PMO team, you will deliver one of the many programmes and its associated projects under Network Development and Infrastructure to deliver our strategic initiatives and business objectives. Our portfolios span UK Networks with programmes ranging from delivering new technologies, capabilities and coverage to retiring legacy products, networks, platforms and sites to delivering next generation connectivity, infrastructure, energy initiatives and state-of-the-art products.Programmes will be complex with variable risk associated to them and requires diligent stakeholder management to support our roll out of the Nations’ Network. You’ll be working with internal Networks’ colleagues, wider teams within VodafoneThree and key suppliers to achieve the agreed outcome. All programmes and their associated projects are to be delivered in accordance with agreed governance framework to agreed time, cost and quality and realise the expected benefits.Ensure the programme and associated projects are established, executed and closed following standard company governanceResponsible for documentation of outputs, analysis and tools used in project activityManage handover of deliverables to operations ensuring skills and knowledge transfer.At all times ensuring there is an effective Risk Mitigation and Issue management process in placeClarifies the skill requirements of a Programme and builds a team capable of managing the overarching programme and its projectDefines clear Roles & Responsibilities and reporting relationships for stakeholders on the projects and provides performance feedbackManages delivery scope and resolves deviationIn accordance with Portfolio governance and assurance, provide accurate and timely communication and reporting to the relevant stakeholders, escalating where requiredLine management of project managers within the programmeWho You AreManagement of programmes.An understanding of networksStrong programme governance and appropriate use of control mechanisms to ensure excellent customer outcomes, strategic initiatives and business outcomesDefines scope, business objectives, requirements and deliverables that stakeholders expectCreates WBS Dictionary containing detailed deliverables, activity and scheduling informationNegotiates with stakeholdersLine Management of both direct and indirect teams including 3rd party suppliers.Facilitates a Completion Review Meeting and leverage programme governance.Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?We know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
