Operational Excellence Manager

Join a fast-moving chemical/pharma manufacturer as our Operational Excellence Manager. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive new product scale-ups, lead process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

Lead manufacturing scale-ups through the stage gate process.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
Improve safety, quality, and overall site performance.
Track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
Mentor and coach team members.

What You Bring

7+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing engineering.
3+ years in operations leadership.
Strong CI/Lean/Six Sigma skills.
Experience with ISO 9001, FDA, E&E systems.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related.
