Operational Excellence Manager
Join a fast-moving chemical/pharma manufacturer as our Operational Excellence Manager. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive new product scale-ups, lead process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Lead manufacturing scale-ups through the stage gate process.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Improve safety, quality, and overall site performance.
- Track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Mentor and coach team members.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in chemical/pharma manufacturing engineering.
- 3+ years in operations leadership.
- Strong CI/Lean/Six Sigma skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001, FDA, E&E systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related.
