Retention Marketing Specialist — Email & SMS + Loyalty

Olive & June is seeking an Assistant Manager of Retention Marketing to own email and SMS execution and retention programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to move the needle on engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV, reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing & CRM. This is a remote-first, fast-moving role in a growing DTC ecommerce brand. You'll manage Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and list health; lead loyalty, referral, and membership initiatives; and translate data #J-18808-Ljbffr Olive & June, LLC
