• Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based); candidates able to work East Coast business hours preferred

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Administrator or Salesforce Administrator supporting Salesforce platform management
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, user support, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of IT best practices, security protocols, and CRM data integrity
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, preferably during East Coast business hours

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and data quality
• Provide technical support, training, and user onboarding for Salesforce end-users and internal stakeholders
• Monitor system health, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot Salesforce and related CRM issues
• Collaborate with IT, business, and project teams to implement new Salesforce features and enhancements
• Document configurations, processes, change requests, and system updates for compliance and knowledge sharing
