We are hiring an On-Site Customer Support & Sales Representative to support one of the most innovative satellite internet providers in the world. This cutting-edge technology delivers high-speed, low-latency internet to customers in rural, suburban, and underserved communities where traditional broadband services are unavailable.

If you have great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow your career, we want to hear from you. No telecommunications experience required. We provide the training!

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer interactions providing support and solutions.
Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, account updates, and service plan management.
Educate customers on satellite internet products, features, pricing, and installation processes.
Recommend appropriate plans and hardware based on customer needs.
Process service orders and account requests accurately.
Deliver outstanding customer service through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and quality performance goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Continuously expand product knowledge through coaching and training.

Qualifications

✅ Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Are comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
Can explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
