Nexus Recovery – Chelmsford, MA · Full-time, exempt

Nexus Recovery is a substance use disorder treatment program in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, licensed by the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS). We provide Acute Treatment Services (ATS/detox) and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Most of the people who come through our doors are covered by MassHealth, and too often that has meant being told there is no bed, no time, or no one available. We are building a top-tier clinical program for exactly those people — the kind of care you would want for your own family, offered to the people who usually get the least of it. What you will do

• Lead the clinical program — counselors, clinicians, group curriculum, and clinical quality.

• Review and sign assessments and treatment plans.

• Provide and document clinical supervision for clinical and direct care staff.

• Lead the multidisciplinary team review for every patient stay.

• Keep clinical documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

• Carry a small direct caseload and stay close to the work.

What you need

• LADC I, or an independent license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or licensed psychologist) with a master’s degree in a related field.

• Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience.

• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.

• Comfort leading clinical care in a fast-moving, 24-hour admission environment.

• Working knowledge of ASAM criteria and co-occurring treatment.
