Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role The role involves overseeing and managing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading the warehouse team, monitoring inventory, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance, managing customer orders, maintaining warehouse equipment, establishing key performance indicators, and addressing operational issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and proper functioning of warehouse equipment. Lead and guide the warehouse team, including warehouse staff and other related personnel, to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of production and service goals. Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory, ensuring accurate inventory records, and promptly addressing any potential issues. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse, develop and enforce relevant safety policies and procedures. Manage the processing and tracking of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, ensuring equipment is in good working condition to minimize disruptions to warehouse operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure warehouse operations are efficient and cost-effective. Timely address operational issues within the warehouse, devise solutions, and drive implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as logistics management or warehouse management. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a preference for those with prior team management experience. Speak fluent Chinese and English In-depth understanding of warehouse and logistics industry practices, familiarity with relevant regulations and standards. Leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively coordinating and guiding team members. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to establish positive relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers at various levels. Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately resolve issues, maintaining composure in urgent situations. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and office software, adept at leveraging technology to enhance work efficiency. Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, delivering work tasks on time and being accountable for outcomes.
