This fully remote within California role supports members with benefits, eligibility, prescription, and provider inquiries, in a fast-paced call center environment. The position is a 6+ month contract with full-time hours, 40 per week, requiring weekend availability. Training runs 6 weeks, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT, with 100% attendance required.
