About the Role In a market where supply chain resources are scarce and partners often operate beyond safe levels of capacity and competence, Yondr requires a strategic supply chain that offers stable, predictable, and scalable delivery. This role will develop and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used to measure supply chain performance, and lead the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews that ensure consistent management of our relationships with strategic partners. The position will: develop, lead and support the procurement of general contractors, OFCI equipment and other business operational requirements; coordinate procurement with design, construction and operations teams; and continuously monitor forecast workload ambitions to align procurement with project schedules. Key responsibilities include risk management, cost base development, contract oversight, and ensuring all partners meet QA/QC and supplier code of conduct standards. The role drives continuous improvement and captures lessons learned for future projects. Main Responsibilities Support procurement strategy development for general contractors and OFCI on each project. Lockstep with DCX and Operations for all RFP processes. Develop, agree and maintain RFP documentation in accordance with Yondr governance. Develop Scope of Work documents that ensure lump‑sum fixed‑price submissions from vendors with no scope gaps. Report monthly on inflation. Manage relationships, including quarterly business reviews. Manage performance reviews, KPIs and SLAs. Develop and manage MSAs with selected partners. Ensure correct management of risk and lessons‑learned registers. Develop and implement a supplier partnership programme. Maintain Yondr procurement policy and supplier code of conduct. Ensure a robust supply chain that supports future workload. Ensure procurement activities meet project baseline schedules. Ensure procurement governance is aligned with Yondr governance for each project. Develop Yondr’s annual supplier conference. Qualifications and Experience Experience working within the Hyper DC sector. Understanding of data center construction requirements and processes. Understanding of OFCI equipment manufacturing processes. Ability to build meaningful supplier relationships, both internally and externally. End‑to‑end management of the OFCI procurement process.
