Lead RN Case ManagerWe are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS), a professional and technical solutions firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. We are supporting a new mission in Vermont, providing assistance to the Vermont Army National Guard Medical and Care Coordination Team.TSS is searching for an experienced RN leader who can balance clinical oversight with contract management responsibilities. The Lead RN Case Manager ensures high-quality case management services, maintains compliance with all service level requirements, and serves as the contractor's authoritative representative to the Government.Contract & Program ManagementServe as the primary interface with the Government COR and KOExercise full authority to act for the contractor on all matters related to daily contract operationsEnsure contractor staff do not perform services outside the scope of the contractOversee contract performance, deliverables, and compliance with the PWS and QASPMaintain and execute the Quality Control Plan (QCP)Lead meetings, provide status updates, and resolve performance issuesDesignate and oversee an alternate Contract ManagerClinical Case Management OversightOversee non-clinical case management services supporting Soldier medical readinessEnsure proper coordination of care, resource utilization, and case documentationSupervise case intake, assessments, case reviews, and medical readiness trackingEnsure accurate, audit-ready documentation and reportingSupport weekend Soldier Readiness events as requiredTeam LeadershipLead and supervise RN Case Managers and Medical Records TechniciansManage workload, staffing, and performance to ensure continuity and qualityProvide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to maintain a stable, high-performing teamSystems & Readiness SupportSupport medical readiness tracking and reporting requirementsUtilize Government-provided systems in accordance with access, security, and training requirementsEnsure compliance with all documentation, privacy, and data protection standardsCompliance, Security & TrainingEnsure compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, DoD, and VTARNG policiesMaintain eligibility for CAC issuance and Tier 1 background investigationComplete and maintain all required training: AT Level IiWATCHOPSEC Level IDoD IA trainingATCTS registrationFollow all installation access, safety, and security requirementsRequired Qualifications (Must Have)Active, unrestricted Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 4 years of professional nursing experienceMinimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experienceU.S. CitizenshipAbility to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation and CACAbility to meet all installation access and mandatory training requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Evaluation Strengths)Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higherCertified Case Manager (CCM) or equivalent credentialDocumented, recent experience (within the past 5 years) using: MEDCHARTMHS GENESISOther Army medical readiness platformsWork EnvironmentPrimary duty location: Green Mountain Armory, Camp Johnson, Colchester, VTStandard schedule: Monday–Friday, 0730–1630Weekend Soldier Readiness support requiredWhat We Offer:TSS offers a competitive benefits package to include: paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement
