Physical Therapist

This is a travel position for a Physical Therapist. Every other weekend is required. The unit has 41 beds and an estimated 15-20 therapy staff daily across various disciplines. There is a need for 2 PTs on the day shift. The patient ratio allows for a treatment load of up to 6 patients during an 8-hour shift. Daily treatment includes gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, and caregiver training. Candidates should be team players and flexible with treatment scheduling, including weekends. The facility features state-of-the-art technology and is equipped with a full IADL kitchen. Clinicians are responsible for tracking time and charges to ensure that patients receive the required therapy time. This position allows for the opportunity to work in a brand-new inpatient facility.
